UK Pavilion Joins FHW CHINA 2015

The UK has been an important trade partner of China. China food security authorities approved pork and salmon import from the UK in 2011, which results in rapid growth of imports from the UK to China. Pork import increased 92% and salmon 90%. The import value of UK food and soft drinks increased from 9.2 million in 2012 pound to 20 million pound in 2013. China has become the most important export market for the UK besides European Union and the market keeps growing.

Anderen Ltd., an UK company specialized in Sino-British trade, has participated in FHW CHINA since 2013. It will continue to act as a recruiting agent for the fair this year. The UK group will bring in highly demanded meat, dairy products and seafood, and local characteristic wine, tea, coffee, fruits and vegetables.
